'There's no surprise': Arran Coghlan on being freed from jail – Daily Mail

Arran Coghlan, 44, (pictured yesterday, left and in 2003 with then-girlfriend Claire Burgoyne) has won a High Court challenge to order a second inquest into the death of Stephen Akinyemi in Cheshire when murder charges against him were dropped. Akinyemi, 45, was found dead from a bullet to the head at the Cheshire home of Mr Coghlan but prosecutors could not prove he wasn’t acting in self-defence. Now Mr Coghlan wants to be fully vindicated and have people realise that he saved other people’s lives.
